One of my favorite flavors is lemon. You may know that already if you’ve read (and tried) some of my cake recipes. I use lemon quite a lot! In cakes, in biscuits and now in cocktails as well! But under a different form! I discovered Limoncello when I studied in Turin for a year and have loved it ever since. And so I thought D’d try (and share with you) some Limoncello cocktail recipes.

Turns out, Limoncello is a great substitute for some other classic liquors used in typical summer drinks. I do love a good Aperol Spritz or Tequila Sunrise. Replace the Aperol and Tequila with Limoncello and you’ve got an amazing Limoncello cocktail that is as delicious and even more refreshing!
