Rosé Cocktail Recipes

My favorite wine to drink in the summer is rosé. It makes me feel like I am on holiday. And nothing heightens my vacation mode than some rosé cocktail ideas. Spritzer, lemonade or frozé, the three recipes below are super refreshing. In addition, they require only a few ingredients, are super easy to execute and cheap!

Rosé Spritzer

Ingredients

Ingredients Equipment
  • Rosé
  • Sparkling water
  • Strawberries
  • Lemon
  • Ice
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Muddler
  • Wine glasses

Method

  1. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and add to a glass.
  2. Add a slice of lemon to the glass and muddle until juicy.
  3. Add ice to the top.
  4. Pour rosé and then top with sparkling water.
  5. Stir and garnish with lemon and mint if desired.

Rosé Cocktail Recipes

Rosé Lemonade

Ingredients

Ingredients Equipment
  • Lemonade
  • Frozen strawberries
  • Rosé
  • Wine glasses
  • Ice tray

Method

  1. Make lemonade ice cube overnight.
  2. Add lemonade ice cubes and frozen strawberries to a wine glass.
  3. Cover in rosé.

Strawberry Frozé

Ingredients

Ingredients Equipment
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 oz frozen strawberries
  • 375ml rosé
  • Ice
  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Martini glasses

Method

  1. Blend the vodka, sugar, frozen strawberries and rosé together.
  2. If the consistency is too liquid, add ice and blends until it reaches the right consistency.
  3. Serve immediately in a martini glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry and mint leaf.
